COMPACT LIVING Two parents and two teenagers occupy this rather tiny apartment in Copenhagen’s inner city. All members of the family enjoy cooking and spontaneous entertaining. Their dream was to have a ”New York” kitchen but the apartment is far from being the size of a NY loft. This led to the design of the Hansen Living compact kitchen, the model we have chosen to name Instant Kitchen – just add water.
