MANOR HOUSE AMBIENCE A special ambience was called for in these classical rooms of what was once a country estate managers residence. Knud Kapper suggested a long robust table top in steel and a central cooking island with a gas cooker. Spaciousness was mandatory to accommodate guests, helping hands and studying kids.
