THE MAPLE KITCHEN The fine painted wall panels in this grand 19th century Copenhagen apartment are preserved by law and could not be touched. Hansen Living’s free standing kitchen units are especially suited for such a situation. Note how the wall panels are protected by a frosted glass panel and how the cooker hood is installed above the panels. To build and install this kitchen great care was taken to protect the fine interior in the best possible way. Choosing maple added a certain lightness to an otherwise slightly austere space.
